At OSIM, we stand behind the quality of our wellness products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts that were included with your purchase.

• 3.
  Ship to OSIM

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please ensure the RA number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
